What else do you put in your potato salad?

Mine is a pretty simple recipe: potatos, eggs, mayo, onion, some dill, and some basil. What else do you put?

Celery for crunch. Also, some people put bacon bits or bell pepper.

Potato, eggs, onion, cucumber (cubed), sliced radish, celery, salt, pepper.
First I toss about 1/4 cup Italian dressing with the cut up potatoes and let that marinate while I cut everything else up. Then when I combine all the rest, I mix up, in a small bowl, equal mayo/sour cream, tbs prepared mustard, 2 tsp lemon juice, salt & pepper. pour over the salad and toss. Why is potato salad always better the next day?

I leave out the dill, basil & onion ( I use onion powder instead as I'm allergic to raw onions ) I also add mustard, horseradish & a few dashes of hot sauce. Garnish with boiled egg slices & paprika.

1) potatoes + tuna (canned) + corn (canned)
2) potatoes + finely chopped spring onions

Dressing: mayo + salt + freshly grounded white pepper + fresh lemon juice

3) charlotte potatoes (new potatoes) + red onions + boiled tiger prawns + rocket + watercress

Dressing: olive oil + garlic + red wine vinegar + lemon juice + chopped dill
