This is the most important essay i have to write and i been using the word I to much can you guys help me and give me a list of word to us besides I.

Well, Me is an option but lacks grammatical acceptance. You can always go with the phrase, " The Author formally known as I". It worked for Prince.

If you are the subject of the essay then I don't see how you can avoid using "I".
The only alternative to "I" is "me" or "myself" both passive and not the subject of any sentence. You can also go to the ultimate extreme of being weird and refer to yourself in the third person.

since it is a personal essay, it's expected there would a alot of "I"s. but read out loud to your self and see if the sentences can do without the I. but to really know what would work, i'd have to see the essay. plus you obviously can's say "YOUR NAME did bla bla bla..." or "she/he was..."
