believe it or not the best way to add definition is weight training.. get yourself down the gym or get yourself a set of weights. the thing is you have to do it everyday for definition.. if it was to add muscle then you just have to do it just 3 times a week.

I don't know if there is any truth in it but I was told that when you do weight training you are actually tearing the muscles, if you do it everyday the muscles don't get to repair, but by leaving it a day or so the muscles repair themselves and add more muscle bulk

A great way to tone is stretching. Come up with a routine. Your routine is your warm up and cool out. Something else is cardio do alot of running, jogging, or walking. Believe me it helps. Thats what my trainer has told me and thats what Im working on.

Yoga or Pilates is great! Also I bought a DVD called Aerolates which is fantastic - could really feel the benefits. I got my copy from Ebay for a few quid and it comes up on there quite often.

Anything that uses a lot of muscles at once. Swimming is the best for that. Otherwise, just vary your muscle building routine so you do five minutes on your legs, five on your stomach, five on your arms etc.
