well i have been going out with my girlfriend for 3.5 years, i always respect her, gave her everything and i was there the good times and the sad times. now that she went back to school she has change definitive. i know why but she just dont want to admit it.

I think telling someone they still love you but doesnt like you is a way of letting you down easily. They are not ready to say its over, but it sounds like its the beginning. The only way you can be really sure is to ask her. Ask her what she doesnt like about you. Ask her to explain how she can love you but not like you. Put the ball in her court....call her on it. Its better to find out now than to wait and wonder. You may not want to hear the truth, but time is ticking by, and if this girl doesnt want to be with you anymore, then you need to know so you can move on with your life.
For me personally for me to trully love someone I have to like them as well, otherwise if I didnt like them I would want them to change. Or it could be a simple case of there being one thing she doesnt like about you that you could change and things would be fine again. But you need to ask her what that is because if you dont know you cant change it.

It means that while her heart still yearns to be with you her mind tells her that there is something about you she doesn't like, IE you may be mean, self centered, or not compassionate. And while she still is attracted to you she doesn't like the person you are.
