It is not easy for an illegal to marry anyone in the U.S. but if she does then it will assist her in her endeavor to stay here.

The answer to your other question is no. If she gives birth here in the baby is automatically a citizen but the mother is not. As a matter of fact there was a big article in the paper recently here where a woman had married a man years and years ago and immigration had messed up her paperwork. She had several kids and the husband was dying. They told her that as soon as the husband dies she was going to be deported but not the kids.

No. You're US children can/will be deported with you unless you can establish "extreme and unusual hardship." Which is extremely difficulty.

But if you marry a U.S. citizen and have a child together, it will be easier for you to establish a "good faith" marriage.

Giving birth to a child in the US doesn't change her status to legal.

Marrying a US sitizen can help. But keep in mind that status change doesn't happen automatically - she'll have to apply for it through the proper channels.

No, but she has an excellent chance of getting a visa if she goes back to her native country and applies for one.
