Get some kind of cream like clearasil or whatever. Also every morning and night wash your face thoroughly with some kind of soap that will dry out your skin a bit. Such as simple Ivory soap bars. They make anti-zit cleansers as well.
Try to eat less greasy or fatty foods, including chocolates.

Ok so everyone says proactive. but that wasnt strong enough for me. I used toothpaste. Put it on the spot at night and wash it off in the morning. Use a basic face wash every day and once a week wash your face with dandruff shampoo(selsun blue). Use a face mask as well once every week or two. Try to keep your hair out of your face and try to not touch your face to much. You'll get oil in your skin and clog your pores. I did this all not religiously but pretty much every day and my skin cleared up in a couple days, and trust me I had really bad acne. And now i only get the occasional pimple.

okay here we go. i have my fights with acne as well but i have the way out and here it is... wash ur fash with a specially formulated wash; neutrogina has some really good products and proactiv is really good at getting rid at acne aslo and that's from experience not from just television. wash ur face twice a day, once in the evening and once in the morning, any more you risk overdrying ur skin and that can have some nasty side affects. or you could go to a dermatologist and have them prescribe something for you. all you have to do to be ur acne is to be DILIGENT!!!!!!!!!!! it will go away if you stick to washing ur face twice a day everyday and be sure to use an oil free moisterizer specially formulated for skin with acne. this way your skin can heal and begin to smoothen out without clogging ur pores with oily lotions. NEVER try to pop or pick at ur zits as this will only worsen the problem by pushing the bacteria further in to skin. but if ur zit does pop then the bacteria spreads to other pores resulting in more acne. Next thing is to touch your face ONLY WHEN ABSELOTELY NECESSARRY!!!!! your hands have natural oils and bacteria that will clog ur pores the more you touch ur face. follow these simple guidelines and you'll definately have a clearer face.

Acne is hormonally driven, so dont pay attention to those telling you to lay off of greasy food or chocolate. Use any cleanser with Salicylic Acid, like Neutrogena Acne Wash, twice daily and in four weeks your skin should improve. Be patient.

Put toothpaste on it and let it sit overnight.
I do this to mine, and the next day when I wash my face, it's nearly gone.
Only Colgate or Crest works for some reason.
And it can't be the gel, or flavored kind, it has to be the white pasty kind.

Use cream or acne pads or specail cleansers. The fatty foods really doesn't matter. It was proven by science that it doesn't make a difference.

that stuff is really good!
or you can also try DUAC TOPiCAL GEL
they are both great!
