If a match was one by one side or the other, they were awarded 1 point. A draw gave each side 1/2 a point.
If a golfer tees off and lands in the water, he can tee off again, or play from a drop zone near the water hazard in question. In each case, he'd be shooting his third stroke.

You has several options when the ball goes into the water. You have two different type of water hazards a regular one you have to go over.
That one you can
1. Take a stroke penalty and hit from same spot
2. Play the ball out of the water
3. Drop the ball with a one stroke penalty keeping the point where the ball last crossed the hazard line between you and the hole

Lateral water hazard
1. Hit again one stoke penalty
2. Play it out of hazard
3. Drop it equal distance from spot ball last crossed hazard line
4 go to other side of hazard keeping the spot it last crossed between you and the hole
never go closer to the hole
