That's totally normal and OK. Dreams are your brain sorting information while you sleep. Anything you have seen or thought about recently, even in the back of your mind without really noticing it, will potentially end up in your dreams.
Last night I dreamed about my grandmother who passed away about five months ago.

I hope so! I dream of my late husband often. Usually it's when I'm getting ready to make an important decision or something like that. They are always pleasant dreams even though he has been gone almost 20 years.

It depends.
If a person relives a horrible moment over and over in their dreams, such as a tragic death or accident, then it's not even a dream...it's a nightmare. So that's bad. But if it's simply a way to remember the loved one as they once were, alive and happy, then there's nothing wrong with that. It helps them heal, even.

After my grandma died we all dream about her. The whole family discusses their dreams to eachother. it is normal.
