Eh bien? is often a question that means "oh really?" but if it's just "eh bien..." it means "oh well, what can you do?/What did you expect?"
"euh non" is uh, no.
"Et après" literally means "and after", so it can be used for "so", but it too is often a question, often meaning "So, what about that? What's your point?" (but not really in a rude way)
