Sometimes if you get up too fast it can cause a headrush, the same if you get up and run.... I run after my young son usually when he is doing something wrong or going to get hurt, this can cause a rush of adrenilin or a blood pressure rise, also causes of a headache. It should go away within a short time, if not take an ibuprofen. Good luck.

i get that sometimes, it could either be
High blood pressure
or
holding your breathe
i'll get a huge head rush and headache if i hold my breathe, so do deep breathes. hope that helps :)

If you exerted yourself too hard.. sure.. or if you weren't breathing properly.. or maybe you hadn't been hydrated enough..
