A girl squeezed my balls, HELP ME!?

Four days ago in school, we had an opening in the schedule and all the guys decided to go play basketball. The girls just stayed outside next to the cafeteria, talking and fouling around. I don’t really like basketball so I stayed with the girls. I was talking with two girls, they where smiling and then without warning a girl grabbed me by the balls and started squeezing, the others noticed and started giggling! The thought of going for her eyes, punching her neck bone, or just knock her out with a punch crossed my mind instinctively, but I did not wanted to hurt her, until it was too late because I started feeling too bad and weak to fight back, and to my surprise she squeezed for a hole minute! If a girl was being abused, me and the guys would kill the freak, but when the roles are reversed, instead of helping me, the girls where all laughing and cheering the hole time!

Then I was on the floor holding myself; I could not breathe or speak; what a horrible feeling all thru my body and the excruciating pain was spreading up to my stomach. They just stood there watching me for a long time, and every time I did something that showed agony they laughed, and not only that, I could tell that some of them where clearly aroused!!! I finally got up and walked away, and then I noticed a lady watching me with a big grim on her stupid face. I fell so violated and humiliated. And in the past few days, sometimes girls that I do not know pass by me and joke with me by asking me how my balls are.
The back of my left testicle is still hurting, especially when I walk, and is not getting any better. What should I do?

hey man at least she didnt kick you there that hurts a lot worse lol i feel your pain have been there and if she wants to fight like a man then she needs to be treated as such you say there were several witnesses to the happenings you can do several things first if you are willing to report it to your schools administration you can go that route and have the whole sexual harrassment or assault thing brought up if you feel as though you recieved physical damage to your most prized body part then you should see a doctor and hae everything documented that he finds wrong with you and take that with you to the school or you can have your parents file suit for damages in court but as for me i would just suck it up and let it go unless you think you have a chance at dating this girl or one of the other girls that was there as for your testicle hurting i would say ice it some it may help but probably what happened is you got a little bruising there and its going to hurt for a week or so so just take it like a man and let it all go in my book

Go to the doctor, make sure you're okay, then give the girl's parents a copy of the doctor's bill, and explain to them exactly what it's for. That might seem petty and silly, but lots of girls don't understand that you can seriously injure a guy doing that! She was way out of line.

Some facts about testicle trauma:
-It may cause the victim to throw up.
-It may cause the victim to passout.
-It may cause “testicular torsion”, by initiating a muscle spasm; this is rare but is a medical emergency, testicular torsion may not happen immediately after the trauma.
-Testicles move freely and are slippery to avoid trauma, but if the trauma sustained by the testicle is hard enough (50Kg), the testicle will POP(rupture), and then probably must be removed. This is rare, and usually is associated with sport injuries when not wearing a cup. Even when can be repaired, the resulting inflammation will turn most of the contents into permanent damaged material.
-Even a medium force trauma will cause the destruction of spermatozoa-production cells. It will not cause sterility because those cells are in massive quantities, however those cells do not regenerate, it is permanent damage. And if hit many times or too hard, it may cause infertility, because the sperm count/mobility must be acceptable in order to get a woman pregnant by natural means.
-Will also reduce spermatozoa production as a result of hormonal changes, one of those changes is testosterone reduction.
-Erection problems.
-May damage the epididymis, and that is critical, because sperm must be stored there to gain mobility to be able to swim.
-May rupture major blood vessels, and draining the scrotum will be needed. Or microscopic veins inside the testicles, this will permanently destroy cells indirectly.
-In case of very hard trauma, the testicle/s can swell for more than a weak, with resulting excruciating pain and severe damage from prolonged heavy inflammation. You also have the right to use that defense if you are attacked by a STRANGER, and NO ONE ELSE IS AROUND, you never know his intentions. But you have no right to use that defense if you are attacked by a stranger or not, in a place where are other people around, like in school, or at home with your family, or in a bar, etc.
