John Atkinson. Probably born in Newcastle.
Started exhibiting 1896 and continued until at least 1914.
Lived in Yorkshire for some time, Glaisdale and Slights.
He is known to have shown works at the following galleries:

Royal Institue of Painters in Water Colurs. [ 6 ]
Royal Scottish Academy. [ 9 ]
