I have faith in God. My God reveals his plan in the bible. So, what is bigoted, calling sin sin or calling God a liar.
Though, as a Christian I forgive those in fornication (sex with anyone other than spouse or future spouse) when I see them. I know they need prayer. God loves them. God loves unconditionally & knows that everyone has sinned against Him somewhere somehow. Once a homosexual finds Jesus, her / his sins are washed away too.

Sadly, people of faith have no desire of ending bigotry, least of all against homosexuals. After all, gays are the best whipping boys they have right now, they can't go after blacks anymore, or women for that matter. Oh well, if nothing else, they are living proof of Gods hate, although don't believe God hates gays.

I am an Atheist, so I realize that homosexuals are born "that way" and it is not as christians would have you believe 'unnatural' or an 'abomination'. Homosexuality is even found through-out the animal kingdom.
I also realize that everyone I know that likes to preach "hate the sin, but love the sinner" shows that they not so secretly despise the person commiting the sin and have a secret spot of hatred in their hearts for gays. Yeah, that's real love....
Keep worshipping your burning bushes.

You can forget about faith. No matter how much you throw science into the religious rights face they will aways blame God. Science proves religion wrong all the time. Science makes the religious question their beliefs.
We are all born with a specific DNA...that is proven!!!
Most criminals have a brain abnormality or a pscyhcological imbalance which needs to be medicated....once again Science not environmental!!
You are born Straight, Bi or homosexual...it is not a choice and their God made us all.
Straight people breed GAY People...lets not forget that.

We preach Jesus crucified and risen again ..and the love Of God shed abroad...but homosexuality is still abominable in the sight of God....He loves the sinner but despises the sin..
if we preach the truth ...and the truth hurts...is that bigotry? to tell that homosexuality is totality against Gods will...

Look, I can't answer for everyone, only myself.
I love everyone...and SIN is SIN. I won't judge someone for sinning. That's God's job. My passion is to love Jesus and spread the Good News!
Just because you are attracted to someone of the same sex, doesn't mean you have to act on it. It's called self-control.
Living the homosexual lifestyle is an abomination to God. All SIN is an abomination to God.
He (God / Jesus) loves the sinner. He hates the sin.
Is that so really hard to understand?

Nothing, homosexuality is an abomination against God. We can lead the sinner to salvation, but if they continue to live the sinful lifestyle, they will face God on Judgment day and answer to Him.
