Right me and this girl we always flirt and look into are eyes when we talk. where always on phone and txting , but i dont no if she wants to be friends people say she likes me but im not 100% sure... just need a little help :D

Keep being friends and see what develops. Only time will tell, and you will know when it happens if it happens.
Some times it is just friend ship but can develop into more, but what ever don't lose her as a friend, they are hard to find.

D-if you guys communicate as much as you say you do and you are constantly flirting, then it sounds to me that she likes you. During one of your phone calls, ask her to the movies or something. See what she says. If she hesitates, beware. If she jumps at the opportunity, she's all yours. But, make sure that she knows it is a date, not just a friendly get together between friends.

Well if you guys flirt and talk then i'm pretty sure she likes you alot but is shy to say anything. Ok so think of it this way if you really like her and who she is then you should ak her how she feels about you.
