it depends how tall you want to be! you are already taller than the average full grown man although not that tall compared to football or basketball athletes!.
I was the same height as you at 16 I am now 6'4" (193 cm) so you might grow another inch or so yet!

It depends on what you want. Do you want to be tall? That's quite tall enough. I'm 20 and 5'9, hopefully still growing. If not, whatever. The average man is 5'10.
