Darlin', you so have the cart before the horse. Talk with your man. Tell him you are not against moving to a higher level, you just don't want to get pregnant. Do go to a clinic or your doctor and choose a reliable birth control and use it responsibily. Follow the instructions exactly how they read. Ask your doctor how to figure when you are ovulating and if you are really afraid to be pregnant this would be the time to not have intercourse. Then you can relax and enjoy the intimacy you share with your man. He will appreciate that you are not putting him at risk for becoming a father now, too....remember that birth control does not prevent transmission of STD's. A condom still needs to be used if either of you have had another sexual partner, ever.
Do take a good look at the turn your relationship is taking. Sex is a bond. It is born of love. Love comes from respect and trust. Can you respect and trust this man with your most vulnerable self? Discuss with him what will happen should your intimacy result in a pregnancy. Can he hold up his end of the responsibility? How? What choice would you both make for this child? (Abort, adopt, keep).... Do the groundwork just in case.
Also, if this was a one time thing and you are not ready to bring a sexual relationship into your life at this time then stop. Tell him you are not ready or willing to have intercourse now. Don't worry about losing him if he pitches a fit. Sex is for lovers. Lovers are responsible with their partners. Partners respect each other. Expect to be treated with respect. Then you can have a base for your love to grow.

No, you are not pregnant because he did not ejaculate inside of you. I don't even think you need to take a pregnancy test. Just relax, nothing happened. Also, there's something wrong with him just putting himself inside of you without asking how you feel about that first. Because if he had asked you, you could've said no because you were still on your period, and none of this would be a cause for concern!

Number two: he didn't ejaculate
Number three: you were menstruating
Yes, there is a possibility you are pregnant, but there is also a possibility that a satellite will fall out of the sky tomorrow and hit you on the head. Don't even bother shelling out the money for a pregnancy test. You're not pregnant.

you shouldn't be, in theory he didn't ejaculate, you had a condom, you were not ovulating, and it was for a few seconds !
not sure how early you could take the test, but call your doctor if you are in doubt, or ask the pharmacist asap
