It can be a matter of time, but if she is at all predictable (time of day, or grunting or something that lets you know it's coming) sit her on the potty at that time/indication and get her to stay there through reading books, candy, bribery, whatever, until the poop comes out on the potty and she sees that it's no big deal. With my first I knew poopy was coming soon but she didn't want to do it on the potty. I got her on there and sat on the bathroom floor wtih her till 10 that night cause I KNEW it was close to coming out, and sure enough, it did and she "got it" from then on.

Give her time, she will. But you can always read her books about potty training. I have a book that is about a little boy potty training and it tells you were your poop and pee comes from. It is Great, and my kids learned quick. She just needs that feeling to come while she is on the potty too. Then she will be able to tell the difference.

I would say that if you have the pee thing down, the other will happen with time. Encourage her when you see her straining, use the same basic system you did when training her to pee.
Children often feel like their "poopy" is a part of them, and may not want you to flush it...kinda like you would be flushing their leg or arm, but just stay patient with her. Try rewarding her with her favorite book while she sits on the potty, or her favorite music, and let nature take its course. It will, as you said, come with time, patience and love.

Just be patient it will come in time. One thing you could work on is sitting her on the potty when you think she might be doing #2
