I had watched this special on those really really little dwarfism people...and they had a special name....''something dwarfs''.....DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE CALLED>??

littlest is improper grammer. you should say smallest. smallest is a real word. i don't know your answer but i do like watching the little people show on tv. it is about a real family with little people.
