Record your conversation about the abuse and present it to the police if she is to scared to go. Or take pictures of any spots that had been hit and report it. Or simply try and talk with her to go to the police and get some help, before he starts to take it out on the kids.

Yes there is ...tell her to go to the police and then stay out of it.....
if she is big enough to have a baby I'm sure she can handle dialing 9-1-1 on her own .... if she really wants out she will do it

not quite understanding you but i think if he hit you and got in touch with you tell him to go away, you don't need that, especially around your baby.
