I only know 2 people who said we should not go to war. It is Iraq that people tend to have the problem with.

I believe you are referring to the war on terror, that is how it is worded in the joint resolution of congress. BTW, the vote was all for fighting anywhere, anytime, terror and Afghanistan was the first stop. Only one negative vote in congress.
Polls from the time, September 2001, showed almost 100% support for fighting terrorism.
So to answer your question, probably less than 1% of Americans were against fighting terrorism.

Bin Laden admitted to planning Sept. 11th. Bin Laden was far more of a threat to America than Saddam. YES I agree with Clinton who tried to kill Bin Laden. I do not agree with Bush backing off at Tora Bora and not sending back up troops to kill him. I also do not agree with 7 times more troops in Iraq than are in Afghanistan. The Taliban has regained much of what they lost when we invaded and the fighting there is fierce. Also the Opium crop is up 60 percent since we invaded.

I dont think too many people objected to Afghanistan. Of course we expected Bush to finish the job properly, which he hasn't. Every night Bin Laden goes to sleep laughing because Bush and the gang that cant shoot straight are in the White House.

It's only Iraq that people have an issue with. If fact, people were complaining that he didn't do enough in Afghanistan.

count me in as no,I ask a question do you think we might have given away the element of surprise by declareing war? that guy went into hideing,
that didnt stop us from getting rid of a lot of bad people,(seals,barets etc )good spys, a cruze missile ,bye, bye, or money had a say in this might have answer my own question
