Well, if you are mechanically inclined, and you have the VW book, look it up and they will tell you what you need. Or, you can do what "I" did, and buy the VW book for stupid people, (no insult intended) that's the real name of the book. Anyway, they get "really" detailed on "how to" and that should work. If not, go to a VW dealer, and they can help you, sometimes they'll explain & not charge.

one wire is earth, normally thick black. the others are for the wiper speed, if theres two other wires just wire them up, if the switch is working the wrong way (ie fast is slow) then swap the wires.

It will better to take it to an Electronic Shop. It might be cheaper too!! Let the pros, do their job.
