Many on this site feel an entitlement to be here. Something that they falsely believe...a fairy tale of sorts. The truth is there is NO entitlement to be here...none....if you are not legally here you belong elsewhere.

Frankly, I'm sick of the illegal spin and am anxious for the mass deportation to begin, and it will.

But, in an effort to educate, Renagade shared this with us and I would like to share it once again

Here is a portion of U.S. LAW.
( US citizenship vs. US nationality )
US law makes a distinction between "citizenship" and "nationality." All US citizens are also US nationals; however, some US nationals are not US citizens.

The term "national of the United States" is defined in Section 101(a)(22) of the INA [8 USC § 1101(a)(22)] as "a person who, though not a citizen of the United States, owes permanent allegiance to the United States".

Section 308 of the INA [8 USC § 1408] says (more or less) that a person born in an "outlying possession" of the US -- or*( a foreign-born child of such a person) -- is a US national, but (not a US citizen.)

True American patriotism needs to become reborn in America.
We need to stop trying to be politically correct no matter the cost to our nation, political correctness is becoming the downfall of this nation.
Label me what you will, I know in my heart who & what I am. AMERICAN & DAMN PROUD!!

I agree that those who come to this country illegally should be sent home. I also understand that most who come over intend to work for a period of time and then go home with pockets full and will return months later with the same intentions. They do not consider America their homeland and do not intend to be citizens and do not feel the need to apply for citizenship. Therefore, they sneak in and sneak out.

This is not a question of loyalty, it is a question of opportunity. In the case of Mexico there is little being done by their government to employ their people. Their leadership has actively encouraged its citizens to break the law to enter the US in order to meet their economic and health needs by stealing financial and health benefit welfare. It's that simple, stealing.

There is also a general feeling by those "south of the border" that the lower states belong to them and were taken. This is an entitlement to them for entrance into the country.

The basic answer to this problem is three-fold.
*All employers (domestic and commercial) who have illegal workers should be shut down and/or heavily fined. Whether it was accidental or intentional should be immaterial. This will ensure that all make sure they know employees and will not hire illegals.
*Second, all illegals who are now residing in the United States should be returned to country of origin at the cost of the country of origin. Bill every country who allows illegals to enter with interest for every benefit and cost used for those individuals.
*Third, laws regarding birth of children to illegals should be changed. Birth in this country to an illegal alien should not be a path to citizenship. This is a common ploy to get state and federal children's aid. The numbers of children without medical care and good living conditions is seriously miscalculated due to the masses of illegal children taxing local, state, and national government.

There is absolutely nothing insecure about loving this country and being grateful that you are a native born citizen. My patriotism is part of my upbringing,I was taught by example that one should respect this nation. My father taught me the Pledge of Allegiance when I was 4 yrs old. I didn't under stand what all the words meant but I knew by my fathers actions that it was something very important. As I grew older ,it became automatic to place my right hand over my heart when I said the pledge or when I heard our national anthem.I am very proud of my native country and being able to live my life in the arms of
patriotism is one of my greatest joys.To travel all over this beautiful land and to see its wonders is a joy I do not take lightly my debt to this country that has afforded me so much.I would gladly lay down my life to keep this country the land of the free.I will fight for this country ,this land is mine and yours
.We are Americans and I thank the Gods
everyday for that privilege .My loyalty is to my country and the Bushes of the world do not represent me or my views of my country. She wasn't asking about politics just about loyalty. You damn right if you are in this country you should respect her laws and her flag.if you don't then expect a back lash from those who do.And to all those that had all the negative comments about the USA,I bet you never turned down one thing offered to you from this country. You are the hypocrites.

Nobody just stop ,we live in the United States of America
We are Americans ,we are what we choose to call our selves.Would you prefer to be called a United Statser
or Statesian....I'm sick of hearing that lame statement.Grow up

I am not sure about all the laws you printed, but I am sure of one thing. America was built on people who Loved it. If someone is not happy here, then they can leave or at least live in peace.
Freedom rings the bell and all people are free to leave if they hate our wonderful country. Even if there are laws protecting people who are on American soil and they hate us and won't leave, then I still think they should be deported. What good are they in this country, living with hate and always planning to harm our innocent citizen's ??? America needs to cleanse it's face and wipe away any debre. We need a clean, peaceful country in which to live. All emmigrants are welcome here, only if they do it the legal way and aim for Peace..

Bravo... you finally opened a book for a chance. However, may I remind you that this country is based on IMMIGRATION. Not LEGAL immigration but IMMIGRATION period. The early settlers did not have visas, i.d. They killed, raped and stole from the Native Americans to get this land and opened it up to immigrants from all nations.

Whatever happened to "Bring us your poor huddled masses yearning to be free?" Aren't undocumented citizens a group of oppressed people who just want a chance at a better life?

What gives you the right to dictate what types of people should and shouldn't come here? Just because you share the same race as our founding fathers doesn't give you the right to equate your ideas with theirs. This country is a nation of immigrants not LEGAL immigrants. Just IMMIGRANTS period.

My loyalty is to the land and the right of the people to be free. NOT YOU OR THE GOVERNMENT. AND IF YOU DON'T LIKE TRY TO REMOVE ME. I'm a pretty dangerous friggin' guy. As for the illegals, are you a Native American? If not pack your **** and deport yourself, by your own argument you are a trespasser. I'll stay here and keep the country safe from YOU in case you can't uphold your loyalties and try to return and ruin the country you love so much. *** kisser, probably think we still owe the queen respect too. Oh I agree about the flag waving, illegal or not, the idea of coming to America is to assimilate into our culture, not bring yours with you, you can still be proud, but you have to become American. But until it's sorted out, remember we all came from illegals, so show some goddamned respect, you're Americans aren't you?

I am amazed at how many people, mostly on the illegal side, actually have no idea at all why so many of us are saying "deport the illegals". The key word here is "illegal".. You're damn right they should be deported. I don't care what race they are. I have no problem with someone coming to this country (legally) to start a new life. This is the greatest country in the world. But don't come to our country carrying the flag of another country.

No. I think if you live here and obey the laws then there is no problem. As long as you are not treasonous why should you swear complete fealty to the government. Legal citizens have MANY problems with our government. Should they be forced to leave?
