Health Benefits Of Rooibos Tea[known as red tea]

For centuries Rooibos (ROY-BOSS) tea has assisted in healing ailments of all kinds. Compiled here are the benefits of drinking Rooibos tea, also known as Red Tea, one of the healthiest teas in the world.

Ok, so where should we start? Let's start from top to bottom covering the benefits of Rooibos from head to toe!

Head: Rooibos fights against allergy and sinus infections. Rooibos also helps prevent headaches, insomnia and irritability.

Inner Body: Compounds in Rooibos strengthen immune systems to fight viral infections such as HIV. Flavanoids found in Rooibos assist in anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic properties. Rooibos also relieves nervous tension, stomach cramps and digestive problems.

Outer Body: Rooibos has many anti-aging antioxidants and assists in destroying free radicals that attack and damage healthy cells. Rooibos also fights asthma and eczema, helps treat skin disorders and circulatory disorders (which I feel is important, especially for your legs and feet!). One more bonus, it strengthens teeth and bones too.

If the above information does not convince you to drink Rooibos daily, then read on.

Roobios contains no preservatives, naturally caffeine free and dye-free! It is completely natural and super healthy any way you drink it.

most teas are rich in antioxidants - the problem is when you start adding sweeteners to them - as with a lot that you buy already prepared for you - the healthiest teas are the ones that you just buy the tea bags and brew for yourself, then if you'd like to sweeten them - use equal or splenda or something a little healthier for you
