No ma'am. It's all in genetics(and sometimes what you eat.) The only way they will grow with someones hand touching them, is by a plastic surgen.

It can. If the Flesh is stimulated, the pectorals grow and bingo. Nipple sucking is no good.

i don't thinks so. if you do exercises, sometimes they grow though, but just a little.
