what would you do if you bought a jar of pickling spice and there was bugs still alive call a lawyer?

the bugs look like little grey roaches this is the 2nd time this has happen to me i threw out the 1st spice

3 things!

1) Find the address and phone number of the company that made the spice and contact them. Write it down and keep it in a secure place to use later.

2) Take it back to the store where you purchase it at and demand a refund. Make sure you still have your receipt to show that you bought it there.

3) Contact a lawyer and give them the address and phone number of the company that made the spice...don't settle out of court either!

Wouldn't do any good. I found a 1/4 inch piece of needle in a thin piece of pork I had fried and was cutting up for my 4 year old. I DID contact a lawyer who was also a friend and he said that as long as noone was hurt, we didn't have a case. I was furious and went to the store and complained and they in turn sent me a $10 coupon towards meat. I still get angry thinking about it and it was about 23 years ago......

first call the board of health explain this the second time this has happened to you then ring the store and tell them, take pictures so no one can dispute you, because if you tell the store this was the second time this happened they will say why didn't you come to us in the first place , your not out to make millions you just want your health & the product you paid for without fuss

Return it to the store and ask for your money back so they can be aware of the problem. Also notify the company and tell them where you bought it. No lawyer necessary.

you can easily complain to the company that made them and say that you'll sue and they'll either give you money or free products, though i'm not sure you'll want any mor pickling spice
