Why not live with the b/f? Because if you chose that arrangement, you would have a b/f no more.
Now, if the b/f is not a factor. Many would say you are a whore, a prostitute, a shank, etc. I would beg many of them to try to take the moral high ground. there is hardly a virgin among then, or those who lost their virtue on their wedding night. Maybe because it is strictly business they seem to have odds with it. the truth, many gals have sex for a lot less. Some want to have sex with anyone famous, FOR FREE. Or they just want to sample men after men, hoping to find "the one". And how many of those girls calling you a whore gave it up to some broke guy who never bought them even a bag of chips or took them out to dinner at anything more than a free food kitchen? All girls get paint or compenstated for sex in indirect ways. Just because they do not mention it, or the terms are not discussed in detail doesn't mean it was not so.
So, look at the logic of your situation. If you have no cash for an apartment, or doing so would drain most of it. And you have the chance to stay free and have all the bills paid? That leaves you with more income to save to get your own place. To have 1st and last. So the situation with this guy will not be long. He doesn't have to know you have a 3 month plan. And unless he is totally nasty or diseased, it is stomachable. People would say how could you. It is called survival. And to do that sometimes you have to make very strange and unpopular choices you would never do otherwise. I have read where people trapped drank their own urine as oppose to dying of thirst, or eating the dead, or even sawing off a limb to get free. They would not have done it if there was a better way.
If you are cute(and you must be for him to make the offer)I'd get a job on the side as a stipper. Believe me. If you are good you can make in one weekend what most of them high horse riders would have to slave 2 to 4 weeks to get. that would get you from the guess house at warp speed.
Also, I would make sure cable, internet, and a food stipend was in the deal. If you are going to do it, do it right.

just goes to show how stupid some people can be. for a guy to say it is one thing but for a girl to think about it is another. sounds like it would cool to be a teacher at the college you go to. swallow for an A, spit for a B , hand job for a C, laying on your back is probley a failing grade because its to easy, you should have to work a little a getting good grades even if its with your mouth and not your brain..
how many times did it take you to get a computer or are you still blowing for it??

Not a good deal: are you a prostitute? Then perhaps it would be a good deal. Never do anything in your life that would embarrass you if it were on the front page of a newspaper. So if you would be OK with performing sexual favors, then that is your moral question to answer.

No female should go through that.
Find a place and do without things before
doing that for a man.
If he was such a friend he should let
you live there for free.
Not giving him head when he wants.
He is a dog not a man or a friend.

How long are you going to be in this house? Just a few months?
Realize that you're not going to be able to bring friends over to your house, let alone have a boyfriend. He's going to take full advantage of this, so think of if it's going to bother you having to drop everything you're doing to blow some guy.
Now that that's out of the way....where do you live? I have an extra room available ;-)
