She needs to use a good shampoo and conditioner and then a frizz fighting serum or cream. Your local salon will have all your answers. Depending on the texture of her hair, a stylist can help direct you in the right direction. A great line, however, for smoother hair is Matrix Sleek Look. Redken also makes a line called Smooth Down. Both lines also smell AWESOME!!!

P.S. When she dries it, either apply a product and air dry or apply product and use a diffuser...

Get some anti-frizz products that she uses during the wash.
Or keep in a bit of the conditioner, though not too much.
Don't let her blow-dry her hair for a week or so, it dries up hair horridly and damages it after a while, so badly that it doesn't heal gain and stays frizzy for forever.
Or treat her and take her to a salon. Ask for a treatment for her hair. But a proper salon, not a cheap one. They'll use a specific one that'll help her out.
Good luck...

My hair is naturally wavy and occasionally gets frizzy, especially if I leave it alone after washing it. What's helped me extremely is washing with None of your Frizziness shampoo by Herbal Essences and Neutrogena Conditioner. Also, sleeping on it can help pat down the frizz, then styling in the morning. What works very very well is straightening it. As long as your straightener is high quality and you have the patience, straightening makes it totally smooth and perfect.

If her hair is frizzing up then she needs a really good conditioner that will feed her hair. Try a product called FAST hair growth, the vast majority of users report an extreme improvement in the condition of their hair.

I had impossible frizzy pin-curly hair until I used John Freida's line of products.

Use the Frizz-Ease brand of John Freida's shampoo and conditioner then follow with a corresponding Step 3 product. For my curly hair I use mousse. They come in varieties for both straight and curly hair.

I'm a teenager who's tried EVERYTHING out there! John Freida can be found everywhere and it's definitely the best for your money. Even super expensive Redkin products don't work as well as John Freida.

I have the same problem and I just use a leave in conditioner or some serum which you put on the hair while it's still wet. Also try to avoid using hair dryers or other heat tools as these will make it worse.

she needs to use a conditioner most importantly for frizz. if that doesn't help she can use a leave in conditioner that she can comb through while wet and leave in. lastly she needs to use a small coin size amount of serum speciall on ends. after that it should be impossibe to have any frizz!!!

Don't shampoo for a while, just use conditioner to wash your hair--also don't dry your hair with a towel by rubbing it--just scrunch it and use a fabulous product [Carrot Cream by Hollywood Products at CVS] but that's if she has curly hair..try Citre Shine anti-frizz if she has wavy-ish hair or John Frieda products

make sure she doesnt wash her hair too often, washing it everyday isnt good for the scalp because it looses moisture, after she gets out the shower she should clip her hair up making sure its still damp, and when shes ready to start on her hair make sure its still damp not dripping, she should moisture her hair daily, but not too much that its greasy, but daily so its under control and that way her hair can hold in more moisture than frizzing up
