im 22 yr old female & have two kids ..my youngest a girl at 5 months...an i have a rubber ring of fat round my back and front ...lol..could some one help by giviv me ideas on how to lose it in form of exercise etc im 5 5 in height n weigh 10st11lb??? a cheap form please xmas is comin up ......thanx

Iv been doing weight watchers for about a month and its brilliant in helping to loose weight. Its only £5 a week and defenetly worth it as I started loosing weight strait away. But with trying o get rid of body fat, you will need to do more than watch your diet, exercise is a vital part of that. The gym is fantastic and only costs around £20 a month depending where you go and what price plan you have, but if that was not what you wanted to do then just general walking everyday and cycling, plus swimming is extremely good. Iv noticed that as im loosing the weight my tummy is tightening too so diet and exercise is the key.
Exercises you could try is walking up and down the sairs 10 times a day and skipping.

mainly do cardio excersises like running aerobics ect. if u cant get down to a gym then why not plan a route and get running or buy a fitness DVD and do it at home. u also need to change your diet to reduce fat. there is no big secret to loosing weight, its just putting in the willpower and time to excersize!

I'm serious. I saw this on the news and you can actually put saran wrap around your stomache and do some excercise and loose some inches on your belly.

you say Christmas is coming up
their is no point
it sounds to me just from your question that you think you can get in to shape in 3 month
just to put it back on at Christmas
if you really wanted to do it you should get yourself in to the gym
but eating the right stuff is essential too
