Where are the most famous sailing championships?
I am interested in it, and sailing and yachting is nice but sailing is a challenge though. Have you ever dreamed of sailing in the ocean?

You don't sail IN an ocean you sail ON it. Where is your local or nearest port or habour where there may be a sailing club? Then do a websearch for ********sailing club or similar. Once you have your connections/introductions you can begin from there.

get a sail boat,wait inline to get boat rental space,pay membership, easyer, a boyfriend who there,find out where they hang out would be a start.
