good point! you just solved the whole set in stone heaven and hell thing without even denouncing christ!
there can be no heaven and hell because there is no UNIVERSAL idea of good and bad. What is good to some is bad to others. What if these Catholic priests are just following god's will when getting chewies from children? DO YOU WANT TO GO TO THAT HEAVEN? How about the mass murderers who think they're doing gods will? Do you want to live in a heaven where every day someone is trying to kill your soul?
There is no good and evil. No right and wrong. No heaven and hell. Just a lot of opposing opinions.

No, but very good question. I think that hell would be different for everyone, so if you were a masochist, you'd probably be surrounded by care bears in a nice padded room with pretty colors listening to the Osmonds.

Hell is an experience of your worst fears and most despised events, a reality customized for he who is condemned there by his own choices. Hence, if someone "gets off" on masochism, they would never experience that in Hell. The "sexually liberated" person might end up being forced to experience the "missionary position"...forever.

Hell is different for everyone. The idea is that you spend eternity doing and feeling things that teach you that you have not led the life you should.
