okay so i have used sun-in and lemon juice but they dont work so how would i die my eyebrow hair blonde without using those 2 items and without bleach?

You can't. This is crazy to want to do this. They will look funny and artificial. Besides, doing that yourself (or even having someone else unskilled doing them) may cause chemicals to get in your eyes and blind you. Hair dye boxes specifically state not to try to do your eyebrows or eyelashes because of risk of an accident and blindness. Leave them alone, no matter how dark they are.

Go to a professional beauty salon. It's not safe to use bleach, peroxide, or hair coloring kits at home. The salon has the equipment and training to dye your eyebrows safely. If you do it at home, you run the risk of accidentely blinding yourself.

thats easy! buy a small bottle of hair dye and apply it to your eyebrows! Thats what they do in all of the salons!

Hydrogen peroxide. Keep swiping them with a cotton ball dipped in it.

YOU WILL HAVE TO TRY AND BLEACH THEM BLOND BUT WHAT EVER YOU DO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EVERY THING READY TO CLEAN UP ONCE YOU HAVE DONE IT.DONT LEAVE IT TOO LONG.YOU'L BURN IT ALL OFF.SO BE CARE FUL.
