okay so i have used sun-in and lempn juic but they dont work so how would i die my eyebrow hair blonde without using those 2 items and without bleach?

First of all, never ever even look at sun-in again. It is the devil... lol, i'm joking, but seriously, it's like poison for your hair. You said you don't want to use bleach, but there really is no other way to lighten hair. Go to the pharmacy and buy some creme bleach for facial hair. Follow the directions and apply it to your brows very carefully. After about five minutes, remove it and if it's not light enough, reapply and repeat. Don't leave it on too long, because it might lighten too much. You can always reapply it, but it's harder to get it back darker.

you can simply go to the salon and ask them to dye your eyebrows
i suppose you don' want them so blone, so you can simply apply eyebrow dye without any bleach
