It is not possible if you really want a good mountain bike you need to at least double ur budget. 200 is enough to get you a bike which may seem good at first but it will be plaguued with loads of problems all too soon.

You cannot pick up a good mountain bike for that cheap. Any bike that costs that little either comes from wal-mart or will fall apart the first time you ride it hard. I suggest saving your money and buying somthing that is worth riding and wont fail you if you ride it hard.
