I use Windows defender Beta 2 under the tools and Software explorer you can enable, disable and Shut off any program. You can also configure your start-up programs so you only have to start up the min program at start-up such as (window operating systems and antivirus only.) My computer used to take 1.5 min to start-up now it take 20 sec a big difference. If I need a program like messenger I just start it up.

It sounds like you just need to buy a bigger hard drive for your laptop and then perform a copy from the original harddrive to the new one. You will generally need to do this using a harddrive copy utility and connecting both harddrives to a desktop computer with an adapter. You may have to have someone do this for you.
