Satan is a fabrication of the religious mind.

If Satan were cloned, that would imply that he's human and applies to the laws of physics. It would be better to ask this about someone like Hitler. Now if he were cloned and the cloned baby was raised in the right environment, he may be a totally different person. For one, the politics are different now. There is no great depression. There are going to still be things he would have a predisposition for. There are too many things that determine what kind of a person you are, but it's very likely he would be a very different Satan/Hitler.

Since clones don't live nearly as long as the real thing, there won't be time for Satan to do anything. He will just turn to a fiery mush. His coal soul would go with his twin.

Not necessarily. You'd only be cloning the body, not the mind. Cloning just copies the physical part of it. As far as the good or evil personality part, that is determined by one's own personal experiences.

Satan is not a physical being, and is not subject to physical laws. Therefore, he cannot be "cloned".
Why do you have such a difficult time separating the physical from the spiritual?

Satan is a spiritual being. He neither has a soul nor can he be cloned. Jesus loves you.

He is predestined to change the world as we know it. Hes predestined to implant microchips under our skin and re-educate us if need be. DOn't expect horns and charlie manson, expect beautiful. His soul may not have been there in the beginning, but if he were to find a soulmate, and could gain redemption through a praying wife.....His fate might change....

Yes and he would still have free will to make his own choices. He could decide he rather be an angel again.
