Yes, a minister can have braids. The way your hair is styled should not interfere with you religious belief. If you believe that God is you saviour and that through him any thing is possible it doesn't matter if you have an afro, a perm, a fade or braided hair. God isn't looking at your outside appearance, but the faith you have inside.

Ministers can have braids if they are a dedicated servant of Jehovah and are a GIRL! Baptism represents the taking in of accurate knowledge of the Bible and God's principals. The age of reason according to some is over the age of 10. So, a minister can be classified as a young person as yourself. However, no one will take you seriously if you are a male and wear braids. A mature Christian would look at the social ramifications of others as they look to you for enlightenment. They want to listen to you not laugh at you.

God does not care what you look like. IF God calls you to be a minister, then he will look at your heart. If you go into ministry without God's calling, you will fail. Be absolutely sure of what God wants for you. Do not rush into anything without making a serious examination of yourself. Ministry is a hard life. These yokels on TV make it look easy, but take it from me, it is not.

I don't think that your God will care what your hair looks like.
You are 15,. if you want to devote your life to your God, then good for you. Talk to your minister and get involved in your church. Make sure you get good grades and study hard, be loving and tolerant of others, don't forget to learn about others and their religions so that you can better relate to them.

I don't see why not... as long as you respect yourself and your calling, something as trivial as braids doesn't matter.
