it's long and thin but i still want it long i just don't know what kind of cut to get it's all one length right now and i'm just tired of it. i've had it like this for many many years

Get it cut a little past your shoulders, get it layered, and get bangs to one side. Highlights would probably be cute too.

Hi have you tried having layers put in or you can even leave it all one length just have a trim then get it shaped around your face, then you still have the length but its different. I wouldnt go for a full on cut as you have had your hair long for so long you wont be used to it and it may feel like its the worse thing you have ever done. You may not even need to have it cut, have you ever thought of maybe going curly, I dont mean a perm just platt your hair when its wet and go to be when you get up you will have a head full of curls.

I used to have almost waist-length hair too before I cut it, so my recommendation is get it cut shoulder-length or so, with some long layers. That way you can still wear it in a lot of different styles; it's long enough to pull into a ponytail but still cute short. Good luck!

I think you should get layers because it really gives a flow to any hair length...To kick it up, you should also get some cute side bangs!!

cut it to half way down your back and ask for side swept bangs and a lot of layers. lots of heavy layers will make your hair look thicker and side swept bangs will be a flirty look.

cut it up around bra strap lenght....add layers so the ends can be flipped out or curled for the 'in' styles right now
