I get really nervous and i can't remember anything i learned when i'm taking a test. I try to calm myself down my breathing deeply but that made it worse. I totally choked and failed a test i totally knew the answers to. What should i do?

say a little prayer beforehand. Dont take it too seriously. When your studting take it serious, but once you start taking the test just have the mindset: I studied hard and I know what i know. Just do the best you can, you dont have to "try" to remember stuff. if you dont remember, just skip it and go to the next question.

1.Try to get enough sleep night before.
2.Stop studying 2-3 hours before test.
3.Try to talk about something other than test.
4.Keep positive attitude about every thing.
5.after test call me and let me know how you did?

i had the same problem, but for me is the best thing to stay calm to imagine that I'm sitting in empty room and that is not a test, but ordinary everyday task
