30 minutes a day helps but the more you have to lose the more you should be doing. Also,dont ride the bike than go and sit on your butt eating bad for you foods. Diet is essential.

NO!!! but do that for at least 3 weeks and you will see your weight drop... thats assuming that you keep your diet the same.... exercising has the tendency to make you eat a lot more
