NO! The foreign income exemption applies when you work overseas and also maintain a residence abroad. You also have to comply with other requirements before qualifying for the exemption. Check the IRS at their web site: http://www.irs.gov/

are you an American trying not to pay tax..think IRS and state would see it as tax evasion ...
write to pres and Congress tell them feed the war starve the poor isn't OK and you want your taxes (fair share not more than the wealthy pay) to do good not evil
be productive instead of so much trouble
to snake out of paying your taxes...
who's gonna maintain the road to work and border patrol checks you in and out?
what are you a spend it on roads and services for me me me but don't want to pay in ...republican.?
