Me, I would eat radishes. But that's just me.

With each radish I would utter a few words of penance.

If the fast is over, eat what you want. Some people fast certain , favorite foods, in that case eat something you are not that excited about.

Don't eat anything sweet. If you have a sensitive stomach, start off with a nice piece of toast, or some oatmeal. No matter what, don't have anything acidic (like orange juice or salad with vinegar). The more basic the better. Hope it helps.

Drink plenty of water to rehydrate your body and start out with some light foods such as yogurt, jello, soup, crackers, juice, broiled or baked fish, mashed potatoes, and praise.

Eat something light so as not to schock your system. Have a small meal of fruit and toast or something that will not sit heavily with you. Bless your meal and enjoy that which has been given to you.

dont stuff your self or you can end up sick. eat little things like bread or something with carbohydrates to replenish your body with energy and lots of water.
