How many do you need to buy in order to cover two windows in your childs bedroom?

The size of the valance should be printed on the package. Measure the window and add a couple of inches on each side to find out the minimum size you need. You should only have to buy one per window, unless the windows are inordinately large.
Windows vary a lot in size, so there are several "standard" sizes. If in doubt, buy the larger one and you can bunch it up on the drapery rod.

Measure the windows. If you can't then most valances will run about 56" and most windows if double hung, should be 29 to 30" so you need to double it if you want it to look right. In this case you need just 2 for the 2 windows if the windows are more than what I mentioned than just double the width of the window and buy accordingly.

32/64 unless the windows are custom made thses r the most common size for every house
