Where do I start to reactivate my nusing license in another state?

I was licensed in 76-77 as a R.N. in state of S.C. I am now living in Texas and don't remember my license number so I can apply for refresher courses here as I have not practiced as a nurse since 1997.

Try to contact the state educational department where u are licensed then apply for reciprocity and see if that works
