Why does America want Iran to be nuclear country and the same time helped Pakistan to made this weapon?

Anyway, let's assume the question you really want to ask was:

"Why does America wants Iran to remain a non-nuclear power and at the same time helped Pakistan with its nuclear program?"

First of all, its political. Pakistan was considered a non-Nato major ally. India however, is not. So when India sought to procure nuclear material and knowledge from the Soviet Union (in the 70s-80s), Pakistan was the only choice, namely:

- the United States, technically does not have any vital interest in that region, the reason a carrier battle group is stationed at the Indian Ocean is because of its proximity to the Persian Gulf. Having an allied nuclear power frees up the need for additional deployment to be committed to that region;

- a major nuclear power in the Indian Ocean region is strategically disadvantegous to US foreign policy in that area, hence Pakistan was choosen as a counter-balance to India's nuclear program;

- India and Pakistan are traditional enemies, both geopolitically and historically, and continues to be so even now. While both are not likely to wage an all out full blown war, both are in a way (ironically) a stablizing ballast in that region.

USA doesn't want Iran to have nuclear weapons.
They didn't want Pakistan to have them either. But they did it anyway and once they had them it was a little late to do anything about it. If they went over there and said now we don't want you to have nuclear weapons. They might start a nuclear war.
Once they did it they decided to make friends.

America does not want Iran to have nuclear powers because he believes, as do many, that Iran would probably use them against the U.S. and other countries. This is what you call a Holy War, and as anyone can judge Islam or parts of Islam are hateful.
