I think that I have some symptoms of diabetes, Ive never been tested, and my diet has been very poor in the last 3 years.

I've been eating fast foods everyday, and a bunch of junk foods. I can feel it catching up. I can just feel that I'm not as healthy as I could be. even though I still try to balance off my bad diet by drinking a lot of pure fruit juices and buying frozen veggies, boiling them and eating them in their pure form without adding ingredients, salt or butter.

I want to stop the excessive fast and junk foods and exercise more. I already started to exercise, but sometimes I fail to keep in the routine.

For example, If I just came down with diabetes, would it be fine to get into heavy lifting and cross country running, for which I used to do when I was younger.

You don't say what symptoms you have to give you cause to think you are diabetic? You should get tested instead of asking questions here.

Diabetes is no barrier to exercise whether type 1 or 2 provided the diet is controlled. I would refer you to 5 times gold medal-winning Olympic rower Sir Steve Redgrave as proof.

Type 1 diabetes is not caused by the foods you ate before. So if you have symtoms for type 1 it has nothing to do with what you ate. But be careful of what you eat now because of the Diabetes.

Also for type 1, of course you can still lift weights , run, exercise, it is very good for. Just make sure to carry some type of snack/sugar in case your sugar level drops. In October there is actually a 5k Walk to Cure Diabetes I am participating in. So if diabetics couldn't do it, then they wouldnt host it :)

The sooner you get tested & diagnosed the better! So get tested, trust me!
I have had Type 1 Diabetes for 10 years now. Good luck!

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

First and foremost: get yourself tested.
Second: You can work out as much as you like, as long as you feel ok. Just listen to your body... but I guess that's common sense.
Third: If in fact you are diabetic, stop the junk food, stop the fruit juices (too much sugar!!!) and get fresh veggies in stead of frozen ones. Try a low-carb diet!

Oh absoultley! Exercise it wodnerful for anyone's body but is super important for a diabetic. You should try to cut down on the fast food (I know, it's easier said then done) but wow! The more exercise you can keep up now the longer it should take for complications to set in!
You Go!

You need to get diagnosed first. If you are a diabetic, yes you can continue with your daily exercise regiments and participate in marathons. Diabetes is for the most part...controllable.
