It's not possible to directly convert MP3/WAV to MIDI, as they have entirely different concepts behind them - MP3 and WAV are audio files that store the actual sounds, while MIDI just stores the notes and what instruments to use.

A WAV -> MIDI converter would have to detect which instruments are being played, and what notes, and this is a nontrivial task.

It's easier to just look for MIDI sequences of the tracks you want, or just get hold of the musical score and sequence the MIDI yourself.
