It's not racist because no racial group is involved. Being Latino or Hispanic in origin has to do with one's ethnicity or nationality, not race.
It would be funny, however, if the segment of the population which makes the claims about illegal immigration would learn how to speak Spanish.

Joke:
One foreigner visiting the USA asks another: "What does bilingual mean?"
The other answer: "That someone knows how to speak two languages."
The first foreigner asks again: "And what is a polyglot?"
The other answers: "Someone who knows how to speak lots of languages."
The first foreigner scratches his head, and then asks:
"But what do you call somebody who only speaks one language?"
The other answers quickly: "An American, of course!"

It may be a little racist but unfortunatly those statistics are probably closer to fact than you know. however here's another one for you: Do you know why Mexico doesn't have an Olympic team???? It's because all the Mexicans that can run, swim, and jump are already in the U.S.

A little racist, but I thought it was ok. Are you still in grade
school ? Get somebody to show you how to use the spell
checker. I found it helps.
