Ignorance....

Even as an agnostic I know that it is one thing to be a Christian (true to one's faith) and another to be looking for enemies. These people are (were I a Christian) liars and heretics who use the Lord's name in vain (acting as if they speak for God when no human can really be attributed that authority).

As an agnostic, I am fully allowed to hate such vile behavior for what it is. Before, as a Christian, I was trapped to "love" these foul hate-mongerers. Now, agnosticism has set me free and I am allowed to criticize and pick their false claims to shreds. Perhaps this is my calling from God? I know not and no one else truely knows anything either. Down with the fools! Down with the charlatans! I do not hate the true Christians, however, but have great pity for them because they suffer horribly at the hands of these foul liars that besmirch their faith in word and deed. If their "Lord" does exist, I look forward to the day of reckoning that will bring the false christians low for they are the worst enemies of the one they claim is God.

As for being their enemy, it is the fact that I throw the truth in their faces that they hate. Ever they are weakened every time I point it out. If they bank on a lie that is easily revealed, is it any surprise that they hate us? Their hate covers their guilt poorly.

I think that non-utterable b-word might just be the reason indeed!! It's really unfortunate that people of any religion [predominately Christians, though, I've found] would think in the terms of "you're with us or you're against us," when, in fact, there is some middle ground. Just because I'm not with you doesn't mean I'm *against* you. But that's how this country, this world, seems to be becoming - split into thousands of tiny fractures in society because of that very reasoning.

How optimistic & encouraging I am!! =]

Mat 12:30 He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad.

The only brainwashing I find is here.

Eph 5:26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,

Jesus did say that, if you are not gathering with us, you are helping to scatter.
Really, gathering is a rather hard job, especially in these days. Having someone going behind you scattering again can be quite frustrating...

Seriously, Jimmy, at the end of the day, there can be only ONE!
Think about it.

Go to Youtube.com and type in "Jesus Camp Trailer" to see how brainwashed these Christians really are.

Some Christians cannot see beyond that book, the bible. They actually believe every word written in there is "inspired by God". Not by the God that I believe in.

We don't , Many sit in our church pews are not of the body but definitely not our enemies. Even those that sit home. Our enemies are those who would kill us for our faith. Even those who would curse us in word are not our enemies, they just won't spend eternity with us.

There is only one sin with no forgiveness. It is not unusual for the enemies of the Christ to come to him and become the greatest christian solder

Most likely because most enemies of Jesus and Christians are non-Christians. (I am not saying most non-Christians are enemies of Jesus and Christians.)

Because, if they had to realistically examine their faith, they would see that it is based on smoke and mirrors. Blind acceptance is much less painful, and as a result, they can't face others that have accepted reality.
