I'm in high school and I do what I can to please Christ cos he is the best. There is this girl that wants me to kiss her, I kinda like her but I'm not sure if it's a sin to kiss (french kiss that is)
What do you think about his matter?
Please give me a mature and reasonable answer please.

It is not a sin to seek pleasure with the opposite sex. Your thoughts and feelings come from Christ. Show respect and love and it is not a sign to express this through physical contact. There is physical pleasure from this contact for both parties when there is love and respect. To do this act and others though for just your personal satisfaction would be a sin. You shouldn't. An honest relationship is one that is able to thrive with the absence of sensuous physical contact. If a real relationship develops, it is not a union and a connection of both parties' bodies in acts such as kissing, but of their souls. A relationship between a man and a woman must be based chiefly on God and on the fact that they love each others' company. You and this girl should be able to enjoy conversation between each other, and then, if things progress, you may find that you want to marry each other, and then you can do whatever you want. Now, however, is a dangerous time to do anything at all. First of all, you may find that you do not like her at all, and you may regret kissing a shallow, repulsive girl. Second of all, one form of physical contact leads to another. Even if we humans things we have control of ourselves, we don't know what we're capable of doing. One thing may lead to another, and then you're fornicating. Things may move too fast. You must avoid any temptation to sin, however small or subtle.
Tell this girl that, as a person following God, you must respectfully decline her offer. Tell her why, also. Tell her what you stand for. Also tell her that, unless you and she become married, you will do no such thing.
Is it a sin to kiss? Not really. But you should be careful and anything that will lead to sin. As Christians, we are to guard our hearts.

It is not mature or reasonable to think that kissing is sinful. If you are kissing with the right intentions, if you truly care for the girl, then kiss her. Kissing is a natural part of human love and relationships. Just go for it!

It's not a sin to kiss (even French kiss). What you should be concerned about is how disciplined you are to deal with the urges that will follow a kiss. If you can control yourself, enjoy the kiss.

I think you like so many have been screwed up and MISGUIDED by religion. Christ never intimated that you should not kiss a girl (even French Kiss). The secular world and religious world are TWO totally different things, and you can not successfuly join the two. Keep Christ if you wish but realize you are living in the SECULAR world. In other words, get real.

If your one of those boys who dont like to have more than one affair in a life time then you should not kiss till you get the right girl.
If your not that kind of a boy then go for the kiss & Enjoy.

Kiss her and forget about the sin baggage. It took me YEARS of therapy to overcome all the negative baggage on human relations. You definitely want to make sure that you consider the implications and repercussions if you decide to have sex (my experience with that is it's better to avoid problems by waiting until you're older). Try to love yourself and others and get rid of the guilt -- think about actions and their consequences (in terms of whether people are going to be hurt or not) and not in terms of sin. Love for others is making sure we don't hurt them; not trying to walk on eggs because of a belief in sin.

It's not a good idea. I recommend that you don't. This can be the beginning of a situation that will lead to full of regrets. Keep pure. You want to get as far away from sin as possible not to see how close you can get. Your heart is with God. It's obvious her heart isn't. Put God first. Talk with your youth pastor A.S.A.P
