Love other people as he loves us. It is the most important thing by far.
Saying that "praise" is the best thing, is assuming that God is so arrogant and pompous that he would rather us sit around and praise him than do good to our fellow man. The MOST important thing is to spread the love and mercy that he has given us.

Raise my son to be a good caring person and to think for himself. I try not to influence him either way when it comes to God. He believes, as I do.
